Had the best service experience since being in Austin for 3 years. Everything was top notch from hosts, server, busier, food runner, and management. The table was consistently cleared of empty dishes, wiped down after each course, and reset for the next food item to come. Darion ensured we always had a full glass of our preferred beverage and made sure to check in before the happy hour specials ended. The food was immaculate and service was even better. The team at Fig is one of a kind and deserve all the praise I can offer.

Amazing! This place is truly a hidden gem. I honestly can’t believe I haven’t come across it before or seen it recommended by influencers, food blogs, or anywhere else. The chef deserves a Michelin star. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared with a creative fusion of flavors and ingredients that come together beautifully. Everything we ordered was outstanding, making it impossible to pick a single favorite. The service was exceptional, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The décor is beautiful and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the dining experience. We’ll definitely be back, and I can’t wait to recommend this restaurant to everyone I know!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to for Fig! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and you can tell a lot of thought and care goes into every ingredient. The service was just as impressive, everyone on the staff was welcoming and incredibly attentive. Our server, Kenny, was hands down the highlight of the experience. He described every dish we asked about with so much enthusiasm and detail that he made each one sound like poetry. His recommendations were spot on and made the meal even more enjoyable. Our favorite dishes were the appetizers, especially the crispy potatoes and brioche, and the desserts were the perfect way to end the meal. One thing we really appreciated was that we never felt rushed. We were given plenty of time between courses to enjoy the food and each other’s company. We also loved that the music wasn’t blasting and the acoustics of the room were thoughtfully balanced (sorry, audiologist here!). It made it so easy to have meaningful conversations without having to raise our voices. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely loved this restaurant! The food was incredible — and that says a lot coming from a picky eater. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was just as amazing: welcoming, fun, and the perfect vibe for a great night out. A special shoutout to our waiter, Kenny, who made the experience even better with his attentive service and friendly personality. He was knowledgeable about the menu and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had an absolute 10/10 dinner experience at Fig Italian Kitchen, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we walked through the door, we felt instantly welcomed, the kind of warm atmosphere that sets the tone for a perfect evening. The food was exceptional and every dish was delicious! It’s obvious they put passion into their food. What truly elevated the experience was the staff. Our server Michael was wondeful. He was attentive, kind, and genuinely personable. He made us feel like valued guests throughout the entire meal. Even team members who weren’t our server went out of their way to make us feel great, which says a lot about the culture of this place. The Director of Operations was present that evening, and her energy was fabulous! it’s clear the hospitality starts from the top down. If you’re looking for a restaurant that delivers on both incredible food and exceptional service, Fig Italian Kitchen is the place. We’ll absolutely be back!
